Rude and poor service from Zintle

I'm extremely appalled by the service received from Zintle , I called to advise that for some reason my service is disconnected whereas payment was made. She was not helpful she said she was going to send me a ticket ref as proof that she has escalated my query but didn't, I also requested that she gave me her team leader details she simply resolved the chat. I questioned as to why she is closing our chat as we still busy she never responded and took me to the rate service option and was quite throughout the chat. I don't understand why my viewing is interrupted as payment was made. Is this fair
