Regretting Signing on to Showmax

I have been a DSTV and Showmax client for a while, but had to re-subscribe for the new Showmax. Don’t you dare forget your password, because the website sends you password reset links that expire immediately. Then try to find someone to help, and then you are connected to a chat box where you can’t communicate because there is no input typing area. The lack of a warm body to contact might be good for Multichoice’s cost base but is ********** for clients. The DSTV call Centre was zero help. I haven’t even gotten to the content yet… let’s just say I don’t see what the “upgrade” or relaunch was all about
