refuse to refund me

this morning i made online payment to showmax i late realized that made a mistake , i chat with a consultant on lineas they don't have contact numbers as showmax who advise me that i need to make new payment and that he will request a refund which i did , i then chat with new consultant saying to me that is not how it work and will not get a refund for the day a paid showmax R324 they refuse to refund me .
