Refund To whom it may concern

The streaming service is not working, I was trouble shooting with and agent online and it still wasn't resolved. I would like a refund back because I will not pay for something that is not of service to me.

This version of Showmax is horrible to use and for the fact that you are making people pay is a ****.

It's even worse that there is not option of going back to the consultant once the chat is closed so I have to restart my story all over again with someone new.
