Really bad service from Showmax

I've been trying to cancel my subscription with Showmax for almost a year now. Service is the worst. They at one stage said they cannot pick up my account as my email address was not registered but I am receiving emails from them constantly after I gave them my ID number to cancel they all of a sudden just ignored my email
