Really bad service and the staff are totally ***********..........

I am trying to set up showmax on my laptop, I should have this free of charge as I am Premium DSTV subscriber. I kept asking me to upgrade with a R49 per month charge. I contacted the live chat, the person Moipone was totally useless. I cannot call or they cannot call as I really don't know why.

I am really disappointed with the Showmax service.
