Probably the worst support staff in South Africa. Stay away.

Easily some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Their support people cannot read. They do not understand the difference between a phone and a tv.

I have dealt with a couple of them now and I give up. It would have been better if they made use of AI because their support are so clueless and care so little that I'm convinced they did not finish primary school.
