Poorest Customer Service/ No contact centre

Cannot retrieve password, all I get is the following message. {"message":"ActionController::InvalidAuthenticityToken"},I receive message undeliverable when I send their support team a message, looks like they are not interested in business. tHey do not have a contact number, most frustrating Customer Service.
