Poor service

I am unable to login to my showmax account which is linked to DSTV, l have contacted showmax an their agents keep ending my chats or promising to call back which never happened. The delinked me from DSTV and asked that l link myself again but email with the link does not come through. They have taken my DSTV login to try and link me but still nothing.
