Poor service

Showmax has a very poor service they deducted money from my account on the 3july,i've complained same time and the lady who was helping me said I will get my money within 3 to 7 days even now I haven't got my money ,when I call they said now i have to wait 7 to 14 day, which is unacceptable ,even their service is very poor on the help chat the person who helped you will make you wait for a long time, you will reply or answer what he or she asking you they will take five minutes to get back to you.
