POOR SERVICE

On the 13/12/2023 I was chat with Palesa Tsie asking for a refund coz I was debited twice, I was told that I get my money within 24-72 hours still nothing. I then again contacted customer service (17/12/2023)through chat this time i was talking to Glenrose S. and I am being told that i will get my refund between 5-7 days coz they need to verify my banking details, how is that possible when a refund has been processed. I am also not happy with the service I received from Glenrose S. REALLY IT SUCKS,. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
