Poor service

Good day i have an account with showmax i cancel my service with them due to the progrem boring repeating same movies i cancelled my service they debited my account ....now inhave cancelled them again still they debited my account this is the second time they have debited my account and when i log on my tv it is not playing but the account its being debited my you kindly reverse what you took from my account o no longer requre your service ....why do you ask us if we want to cancel our service with you but you are still debiting ...
