Poor poor service!!!

Good day Please help and tell me what the issue is here, i have not been able to watch any sport on my showmax app. Its telling me I must upgrade, as far as I know i received emails saying SHOWMAX PRO will be discontinued or something, they offered me a DSTV package i opt in , but now I can't watch anything, not even DSTV. This is frustrating, my showmax account says its now managed through my DSTV but when i try to log in on the link there's nothing i can't watch anything! i paid my subscription for this month this is unacceptable whether you gave me a credit or not it wasnt funds being paid back to my bank account. Please get back to me asap. Regards
