Poor customer service from Showmax

I got at last October 2021 from DStv consultant selling explorer & advicing how important is it to migrate from normal decoder to explorer & benefits like Showmax though I had to buy device for liking internet. I liked the product & bought it, I also bought the internet connector, but till today I don't have access to Showmax I tried to write emails asking for activation & even called customer care contact number I got from their website. You stay on line waiting for relevant department while your call is being transferred, your get depleted without any help. Bad 😔 experience & poor service.
