Poor customer service and Misleading advertising on subscriptions!!

I have just joined showmax and only to find out that thier advert on the Premier Legue is misleading as I was not able to access it on my phone! Customer service is horrible as i tried to cancel my membership( I joined today) but no help or what so ever, chat box function did not work as the live agent ended the call before assisting me. I want my money back, I have literally activated my account an hour or two ago!!!!!!!!
