Poor content, poor app user interface, poor customer service.

Appalling customer support, appalling content, everything is worse than bad. I only signed up for Showmax pro watch the euros, too my surprise when signing up there wasn't any live football, I contacted support and I was told there is a technical issues I asked can this be cancelled and refunded because I want to sign up for DSTV instead, purely for the soccer. I was sent an email confirming the refund and cancellation. Check the next day subscription is still active, contact support they then said this wasn't done. I sent an email to support this time, got a reply to respond with my CC details I rep**** with my CC details, expecting the refund, I then get a message to contact support. I asked what's happening they then said the refund was not processed and the person had no clue what going on, I was sent a "supervisors" email address, I've been waiting for 4 days and still no reply. The worst experience I've ever had. 1 star is still way to high!
