Poor, bad and *********** service from Showmax

After numerous attempts reporting an error no solution to the problem. Showmax does not have the s****s to solve the problem. All they do is reply with standard noddy guide answers/questions. Looking at the ratings I can understand the poor service I receive from a perceived *********** lot.
