Poor and misleading Showmax Pro Offering - there is no sport

Hi Showmax

i wanted to watch the euro soccer (via web browser) and did the 225 option - then i discovered the 225 option is only for mobile devices. so i upgraded to showmax pro immediately for 449 i got a voucher for the 225 - showmax should of simply taken the difference for the upgrade and given me an option as how to get refunded. you cant decide for me how i want to be refunded - then i tried to get a refund and its been so much red tape - ref ***0 please can you come back to me and refund me in cash the 225

[second complaint] showmax pro is very misleading, it says you can get sport. However i can't watch rugby, tennis (wimbledon tour) or even the tour de france, cricket etc for that sorta of money i could of chosen dstv instead for a subsidary of a group [naspers] that has all the sports rights, your streaming option is far below standard - then we might as well stick with dstv premium and get the streaming benefit there

i feel i should be refund for everything or given a dstv package of equal value
