Please Cancel My Subscription

Showmax can you please cancel my subscription you busy debiting money from my account and since you've rebranded i can't watch anything. It does'nt connect on my smart tv, so please can you cancel my subscription i've tried contacting the customer service line to no avail. Its really frustrating seeing money being taken from my account that time i'm not getting any service from you!
