Pixelated Mess/HD content is compressed into oblivion/No surround sound

I tried the trial and I must say that I am disappointed by bad audio and video quality. All the audio sounds like everyone is speaking out of a box and the video is almost always pixelated. The only thing I can compare this streaming service to is bootleg movies that you buy at a robot.

The fact that this is the only streaming service that has excellent local and HBO titles makes me really sad. It takes away from the immersion of the story and vision of the creators when everything looks this bad.

I do understand that the most of your clients are using mobile devices, but I don't see that consumers giving any good reviews on this platform.

Before you criticize my setup: TV is a Samsung 55Q70T, Sound system is Acoustic Energy 5.1 setup with a Denon Atmos/DTS X enabled receiver. Internet is 100/10 fiber from supersonic.
