Payment Errors // System Issues

I am new to Showmax. I have registered and selected my package and entered my card details for payment. However, the system keeps telling me to try again later. I am trying to move from one Streaming App to Showmax and I am not getting anywhere. This is frustrating and I wonder if I should not just stay where I am if this is how my experience with Showmax is starting.
