Payment deducted from bank account before trying 14 day trial

I am new to showmax and wanted to try out the 14 day trial period so i subscribed and assumed that i would be able to decide if I wanted to continue the subscription after the trial period. My account was debited immediately after I subscribed to the 14 day trial. I am quite upset as I don’t want to pay for something before I have tried it out!

I would like a refund as I would rather not use this service before I’ve tried it out.

Please assist in helping me resolve this matter!
