Paying for no service
I tried opening an account with Showmax and even after first payment my account did not work with no assistance from Showmax even after helped was reqeusted. After recently reviewing my bank statements I picked up that these debit orders have been going off monthly even after I emailed you guys months ago requesting for either my account to be fixed or my money back. When you do contact them they never even get back to you!
