Paying for no service

My bank account gets deducted for the second time now.. 89.00 When I open the new showmax they say I don't have a subscription. There is no contact number to litterly solve this matter..via email they take forever..this flippin person in customer service argue with me it's not them it's bank charges after I gave them proof what a f...idiot. I am not happy with this anymore..Showmax is a *****...and system is messed up.. they take but bad service when need them asap..pls return my funds asap
