Paying for Mahala

Showmax doesn't allow me to watch it on my big screen.

When I first joined ShowMax I could watch it from my handset and again on my big screen by connecting the HMDI cable from my laptop to my TV set when Im at home, all of a sudden I started getting an error message, the very same error message I forwarded to them numerous times after I have spoken to the entire team of Showmax from Angel, Sindisiwe , Katlego , Tiaan , Ntombifuthi, Oratile just to mention a few , and I guess my concern and queries with the Showmax fell in to dead ears, I have send the team numerous emails and was advised of the switching off my WI-FI On and Off all those technicality information shared with me but still as I'm writing this it still doesn't work ***OL at all only on my handset and when does one get time to watch all they want via cellphone anyway, I am very disappointed with Showmax Africa as a whole hence Im writing this though I have a concern regarding my plan as I pay R89.00 a month I think and I'm asking myself am I getting debited again for something I don't enjoy nor getting assistance from them compare to other services out there of which they work perfectly fine accept for ShowMax. Im utterly disappointed and I want them to tell me if I'm going to be debited for their mass, please advise according
