PATHETIC/POOR SERVICE OR INFRASTRUCTURE

I surely hope this review gets the right attention!

Since Showmax has update the database to the new look, many many people have complaining about Showmax. We did have an active subcription with Showmax that was linked with our Dstv, but every since Showmax changed everything, we could not have linked it again.

On this day, I have tried to help one of my friend to sign up to Showmax. But to my surprise, I get an "Unknown error" message....over and over again!

I have had it with Showmax pathetic customer service. I have always supported Showmax since they have a variety of shows to choose from, but every since the big "update" everything went down the drain.

I expect some feedback on this matter...and hear me very clearly: I will continue to post reviews just like this unless Showmax sorts out this pathetic service they have.
