Pathetic Showmax

I recently signed up. Quick and easy. BUT, now I can't log into the service. I can't reset my password and I have been waiting for 5 days for them to respond to service request. All there communication is from a "noreply..." address, which means I have no way to reply to them 100% pathetic service! Rather use Netflix or Amazon
