Pathetic service
<p>This service is pathetic. Every night the service doesn't work properly - either using smart tv app or the DSTV explora decoder. My wifi is downloading at 10mbps and Netflix and other streaming services work perfectly. Not recommended </p>

These people are shocking. They get someone named Keith to phone me - which he does 5 or 6 times until 8 oclock at night. This oke get's me to change my DNS settings and run a whole lot of processes such as traceroute and IP address pings, printscreen the results, and email them to him. The service STILL does not work 48 hours later and after bothering me for a night and a day they have suddenly gone totally quiet for the past 12 hours and nothing works. The service is terrible - expecting customers to do what I did is unrealistic and ridiculous especially when nothing is fixed and they simply stop responding to reports of this fact. Will definitely have to cancel my subscription. They wasted my time for 24 hours...
