Pathetic service

I signed up for this 3 months promo on showmax pro. Only got 1 month. They claim to get the 3 month deal you must subscribe through a link yet their adverti*****ts doesnt state this, sounds like a hoax to me. They blatantly refusing to refund me because according to them" I am using the subscription and they see no need for a refund" it's been less than 24 hours since I've activated the subscription. This is not what I paid for i see every reason for a refund.
