I have been trying from 06/2021 to get help from these guys without success, even today my subscription has been suspended even though they debited my account on the 1st of October 2021,been trying to sort it out ever since this morning, you wait for 30 minutes to get a single response, their service is pathetic, Netflix is 150% far better than showmax
