Pathetic and *******

Pathetic. Just pathetic. I got billed R100 on an account I have not even used. I tried to get a refund but that also did not help at all. The guy said that its not doable according to their terms. I contacted them as soon as I saw the payment going down. And they still think I did it and I am dumb. They are pathetic and just stole money from me just before the lockdown. And it also does not help that the shows on there is just plain pathetic as well...
