Not getting what I had paid for

**** live customer service. Showmax doesn't play on my TV. Only plays on my phone but the subscription is for all. My TV comes with the app. Pre installed. It used to play but nomore. They need I formation from me that I can get on the TV They say they can't help. Asked how to escalate, the lady said she can't hp me unless I provide the informatiom

The issue is not even with my TV because I tried on other TV's but still doesnt work. Asked for a refund d since not getting what I paid for but they couldn't help
