non service from SHOWMAX

I recently had to unplug my router and since then have not been able to watch SHOWMASX on my TV. I have tried endless ways via websites etc all to no avail. There is no one to speak to, I even tried to re set my password , i entered e mail address and then it skips to another screen immediately. all the sites are useless and i cant even cancel my subscription. service is disgusting and non existent.
