Non existent customer service.

Refund request still not resolved over a month since query was logged, not one person has gotten back to me. I was told that a manager named Nomathamsanqa would contact me the very same day, its been 3 days and not 1 consultant has ever contacted or gotten back to me.. ******* service, actually service non existent.
