NO SHOWMAX

I bought a wifi connector so i could watch showmax.that was on 1/10/2020.now 42 days later still no showmax.when on dstv premium you are supposed to get showmax free.it looks like dstv does not know what showmax is doing,because of the questions asked such as; provide us with the method of payment,so we can trace your subscription! For years i've paid dstv by debit order so why ask me,when dstv has all the details
