No Service

I have been trying for the past week to activate my Showmax account but no joy.I am a premium DSTV customer so I should enjoy the services as part of the premium package. I sent numerous emails and online chants and no success.No contact numbers to speak to a human-like we normally would do in 2020 unless we are now in 2090 and I missed all the technology proggression since.My ID number cannot be accepted in order fpr them to validate the subscription and link it to my DSTV account.
