No response : voucher not working

I am writing this with a sore heart. I bought a showmax voucher 2 weeks ago and I was a Sunday. When trying to redeem it, it says "access code not found". The voucher was bought through Tyme Bank. I have logged several cases through their webchat, sent emails and till today I never got any response or at least no mentioning of a refund. I'm really disappointed at the service.
