No refund, will causes 10year old to miss school monday!

Great appfor movies ect.... Except when it comes to billing..... If you linked another account temporarily to the same bank account. They can easily find it and tell you.... But it never occurred to them to maybe send a confirmation of subscription email before deducting twice on the same account. Taking your childs medication money that he desperately needs for school to go to school normally..... And not assisting or offering any assistance.... Just nope..... No refund..... And then they do not even care to respond to your questions any further.

I like showmax a lot, but please be vigilant on their deductions. They did a double deduction for almost 3 months on my one friends account without them noticing. Them after having to request acc statements for work, they saw this about a month ago and when asked they just said sorry they can ot refund the money or gove them credit.

When you subscribe make sure of their deduction right through the month. Now i have to go try sell something woth much more than the subscription for the same amount to get my son's medication for the week..... How logical is this and can they realy not assist in this matter and check mails and banking details..... Especially when accounts are linked. I would have understood if the mails had different initials and surnames or letters..... But it doesn't......

Seems they do not care if they taking a 10year Olds medication away from him and preventimg hom from going to school jist because they want to keep their simple R99 subscription and refuse to assist.
