No cutomer service from Showmax

Have been trying for 2 days now to get an answer from Showmax - have confirmed on their website that I have an active account, through DSTV. yet, when we want to watch Showmax we have an error 402. I tried the live chats , there is no telephone number. No success. They just do not get back to you... Last night the waiting period was 2 hours. 2 Hours totally wasted as I did not hear from them at all. Tried numerous times today - again - no response. Perhaps the Hellopeter post will wake them up....
