new showmax pro is a ****!

pathetic service from Lusanda. I am requesting a refund from showmax as they have changed their showmax pro package which offers less sports content. they failed to reduce the monthly subscription from R225 to R69 as advertised. i enquired about this and all I get from Lusanda is that they will nor reconsider because I have used the service. how else would I have known that I have less content, I was forced to change from the old app to the new app. how else was I supposed to know what the offers are if I don't test it. this is *******! please refund my money you are charging me for the old pricing for the new offers!
