New showmax is the worst

I wiped my Smart TV because i thought the issue is with the TV hence i can`t switch to the new showmax downloaded all my apps again and still the new showmax is not working why fix what was not broken this new showmax sucks and the team on the chat is trying to assist but they also don`t even understand the issue blaming it on our TV`S yet the old showmax worked on perfectly fine on this very TV i think i`m due for a refund as i have not watched since they updated to the new showmax
