NEW SHOWMAX IS A DISSASTER

I've spent over 140 minutes trying to resolve the issue of new Showmax. The issue is still not resolved, and I've lost so much airtime. I am paying for Showmax and still spend airtime resolving the issue that has nothing to do with me. I've spoken to 8 consultants however, the issue is still not solved. my number is ***, ID number registered with Showmax is ***088. I am very disappointed please provide your email address so that I can share the screenshots for the calls I really need to be reimbursed my airtime because this was a waste of my time and airtime.
