New showmax is a disappointment

When I first head of the new showmax I was expecting beter resolution @1080 or 4k, webbased offline downloads etc. Now they have removed all the features which made it watcheable. -Scrolling down on a laptop does not happen without an external mouse. You canot scroll down . -Changing titles from horizonal to vertical, do you realise how much time it takes to find episode 104, when your resume suddenly disappears. -Showmax has limited the otems on my resume even though other title i have watched they now get removed from my recently watched list. -I can no longer able to remove items i am not interested in my recently watched list, they get stuck there. -The preview windows for titles when you hover your mouse over them no longer works that means I cannot scan through without having to open any file. -I really thought they would introduce a different package with different resolutions but no now i am stuck. I have a 4k tv with a 720p streaming app because that what they think i can afford. -Ohh no next and rewind buttons and you can longer see the more episodes floating window as before now if i want to skip a episode can't do that either. -The new app in my tablet no longer responds as it did before and when it does it takes forever to play a file. -lastly when you finish watching a show and you want to go to the next you have the go to home everytime. Your recwnt list doesnt appear at the bottom. -and your items on your list sometimes they disappear and you will have to add them again and now you cant remmember your last episode,then you must go through all this madness. We really thought thew new deal with nbc chromecast will mean better user experience and maybe we could get **** wolf franchise FBI and One Chicago, and Paramount police procedurals NCIS, CSI, blue bloods.
