New showmax app is a **** & customer service is bullsh*t😡😡

The new app sucks including their service, I've paid for subscription before the new month even began but I've never been able to watch anything coz the app is so dysfunctional. Logged a call up to now there's no response😡😕. I just want my refund so that I can gladly move to Netflix, I'm sure they care for their customers
