New Pathetic Showmax

I'm a premium DSTV account holder, and Showmax is part of my subscription. The 'new' Showmax has been trying to link it to my DSTV account for two weeks without success. It is an absolutely pathetic service; they have no idea what they are doing. The matter has been escalated four times in the two weeks and still hasn't been solved. Now, we are communicating by email with no luck. My last ref no: ***8.
