Monthly billing after service cancelled.

Useless is an understatement for both Shomax and DSTV!!! I cancelled my subscription with you but DSTV is still billing me for thier service!!! Dstv says I must contact you guys and you guys refer me back to them. This has been going back and forth since December last year... Nobody knows what they are doing, it's like I'm trying to converse with King Kong, I'm sure his intelligence level exceeds both ends... I'm GATVOL!!!
