Money *****ers

Showmax has the worse customer service in existence. I have tried numerous times to get assistance on matters and all you get back is a long message explaining why they can’t or won’t help you. Or they make it as hard as possible to solve the issue you have.

Oh and Showmax also apparently decides without your permission to take their payment from your account whenever they feel like it even in the middle of the month, clearly they are hard up for the cash!!

As I did not give you permission or agree that showmax can take the money on this date I classify this as *****ing. And the useless Showmax customer care department are also not able to change the date for the debit order on my account, it’s simply not their problem.
