messed up account and lack of service

Showmax have ****ed up my account... I have had 1 subscription with them for R39 (mobile) for long, now all of the sudden there's R199 deduction that went off this month for some showmax pro I never opted for + the normal monthly R39. When I told them that i never opted for this R199 package and know nothing about it and that they should refund me back my R199 they kept giving me excuses till date.

I went on to google as to how to check the dates of what they say I had purchased via PLAYSTORE, yes that was showing on my profile BUT I HAD NOT DONE SO...

It is such a nuisance that you can't even contact them via telephone but just have to deal with the stupid non-senseless responses.

Sooo messed up.
