On 5 July 2023, i app**** for a Showmax Pro subscription on the 14 days free trial. Now i want to cancel showmax and go back to DSTv. They are telling me that they can only cancel it on 2 August 2023. Why is it the case? Because im still within the 14 days free trial? Can i please be refunded my R299 ASAP.
