The old App was working 100% and I really loved it plus enjoyed using it. The new App with the pink face is useless. I cannot understand why they migrated us if the new App was not ready and not full of hiccups. They told me it will only be ready by the 12th of February 2024. Showmax don't reply to my emails, the telephone does not work. The poor agents manning their chat is getting all the flack and management don't even help them. I requested them to call me, many times, but their management doesn't have the guts to call me back. I hope they can get it sorted out soon, because I cannot watch my shows.
